The Best Choice.

After Evening Practice at the Buddhist Temple of Toledo Feb 15, 2012.

Been reflecting on how much is going on in my life these days, and with the mix of up and down I can say without hesitation that I am most grateful for the good company with which I am so blessed.  Here is a quick pic of the folks at the Temple this evening, and a clip from the gig last night.  So proud of Shishin and Gyokuen for their insightful and caring comments on Zen practice this evening, and such a joy to play creative music with Norm and Olman.  Thank you all for putting up with this old(ish) Jazz priest.  And a special thank you to James Ford for the much needed conversation today - reality really is the best choice.
